ith endless colur possiblilities as your dark eyes, hair and skin provides the perfect canvas on which to work. The key to success is to choose bold, deep colours as these will give your skin a wonderful glow. Here are some tips on how to apply makeup for black skin. Black Skin Makeup Tips

Choose a foundation that matches your skin tone exactly. Apply the foundation with damp sponge, blending it along your jaw and hairline to avoid tidemarks. Finally set with a light dusting of translucent loose powder.

Next, sweep a dark blackcurrant eyeshadow over your eyelids. Dust a little
powder under your eyes first to catch any falling specks of this dark shade and prevent it from ruinning your completed foundation.

Apply a dark charcoal eyeshadow into the crease of your eyelid,
using an eyeshadow brush. Take only a little colour at a time to the brush to prevent it from spilling on to your eyelid. Tap the brush on the back of your hand first to sahke away any excess.

Use an eyeliner brush to work under your lower lashes. Hold teh mirror above your eyeliner for accuracy. Finish with two coats of black mascara.

Choose a tawny brown shade of blusher to complement your skin. With a large brush, dust over your cheeck, working towards the hairline.

After outlining your lips with a tonning lip pencil, fill in with a dark plum shade of lipstick, using a lipbrush.

Tip:
While dramatic colours suits your skin-tone and colouring perfectly, be sure to apply them with a light touch to get a frsh, up-to-date look.
